Hello,
While reviewing your application, I noticed that the plans that were uploaded were blank pages. We
require two (2) types of plans:
Existing Plan: shows what the layout looks like currently
Proposed Plan: what the project will look like when complete
We will also need a list of materials that will be used during the project.
Please log back onto your account to upload the missing documents. Until then, your application
will be on hold.
