Hello,
While reviewing your application, I noticed that you selected remodel instead of addition as the
subtype. I have updated the subtype as Addition since that is what the proposed work is. We are
missing a couple things to complete the application. We will need the site plan and energy
certificate. I have attached an aerial view of the property since we do not have record of a
certificate of survey. Please draw on the aerial view where the proposed addition will be located. I
have also attached a blank energy compliance certificate form. Please log back onto your account
to upload the missing documents. Until then, your application will be on hold.
