I am following up on my email from March 29, 2022. Your application is incomplete. We are still needing
the following to complete your application:
Existing Plan: shows what the layout looks like currently
o Proposed Plan: what the project will look like when complete
List of Materials to be used
Please either log back onto your account to upload the missing documents or respond to this email with them
attached.
Until then, your application will be on hold and may not go through the approval process.

While reviewing your application, I noticed that the plans that were uploaded were blank pages. We
require two (2) types of plans:
• Existing Plan: shows what the layout looks like currently
• Proposed Plan: what the project will look like when complete
We will also need a list of materials that will be used during the project.
Please log back onto your account to upload the missing documents. Until then, your application
will be on hold.
