Hi Trisha,
The layouts are ultimately staying the same, it's new fixture replacement for the bath and kitchen fixtures along with
kitchen cabinets. I haven't worked in Fridley before so wasn't sure what was required but it does state a building permit
is needed for"remodel".The floor plan labeled proposed, shows minor changes,for example the WIC in Floor 1, we are
closing the opening from the living room side and putting the door from the bedroom side, same with the other
bedroom in the basement, we are utilizing extra space in the basement bathroom to be a closet from the bedroom side.
Outside of those items,the rest of the remodel is paint and flooring. Please let me know if you have further questions as

As I was reviewing the plan documents, I noticed they are exatly the same. Could you please clarify which section is
existing and which is the proposed. I see they both show a Floor 1 and a Floor 2. Are both floors being remodeled or is
one floor showing existing and one floor is showing proposed?
