Hi there,
The property at 681 Glencoe Street or portions of it are within the floodplain. As a result,we will need you to hire a licensed surveyor to
complete a certificate of survey with elevations,that meets FEMA regulations so we can determine if the existing house is conforming
and if floodproofing will need to take place on the addition.
