Additional flooring and millwork will also be addressed in this project. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Murphy Bros. will secure the general building permit. 2. Trade partners of Murphy Bros. will obtain permit(s) associated with their trade(s). 3. Project management and costs for returns and deliveries included. 4. Design work and drafting services included. 5. Building permit costs are included in this agreement WORK/ITEMS PROVIDED BY HOMEOWNER 1. Remove all personal items from construction and staging areas 2. Homeowners are responsible for purchase and delivery of appliances, Murphy Brothers will provide installation services 3. Light fixtures provided by owner, installed by contractor-Recessed and under counter tight fixtures provided by electrician 4. Final cleaning by owner SITE PREPARATION 1. Provide dumpster for construction related materials—Set dumpster in street if possible *new concrete driveway* 2. Location of electrical panel— Lower-level mechanical room, storage area 3. Drywall at kitchen perimeter to a height of 48" (Allowing access for electrical and plumbing updates) h. Baseboard water heat register at common wall to living room i.
