Additional flooring and millwork will also be addressed in this project. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Murphy Bros. will secure the general building permit. 2. Trade partners of Murphy Bros. will obtain permit(s) associated with their trade(s). 3. Project management and costs for returns and deliveries included. 4. Remove all personal items from construction and staging areas 2. Homeowners are responsible for purchase and delivery of appliances, Murphy Brothers will provide installation services 3.
