Hello,
While reviewing your application, I noticed that you stated you were going to have a licensed
plumber do the work. The licensed plumber is responsible for pulling the permit.
Also, I noticed that your personal mailing address is a Wisconsin address and not the site address
here in Fridley (5741 West Moore Lake Dr NE). Is this a rental property?
