I am following up on the previous email sent on June 22, 2022. We are still waiting for the building
permit to be applied for before we may issue this plumbing permit.
If you are having a license contractor doing any of the work, they are required to pull the permits.
Until then, your application will be on hold.

While reviewing your application, I noticed that you are adding a new bathroom. We require a
building permit to be applied for first before any of the trade permits (electrical, plumbing and
mechanical) may be applied for. If you are having a license contractor doing any of the work, they
are required to pull the permits. Until then, your application will be on hold.
