Walk-In Soaking Tub
❑ Install a 52 x 30 Walk-In soaking tub with a maximum 3" lip. Recommended Ella Bubbles
Transfer 30 with outward swing door. (Link below & attached in Product Information)
❑ Tub walls
- Ceramic tile
- Straight pattern, no angled tile
- Smaller or extra-large tiles are considered an upgrade (private pay)
- Extend to ceiling
- Flat metal tile edge trim if tile has unfinished edge
- Epoxy grout
- Shelf
- $5.00 sq. ft. allowance
❑ Plumbing to include:
- Fixed shower head in place of existing handheld
o Standard height
o Single lever valve
o Standard finish
o Diverter
- Hand-held shower head for use with tub:
o Incorporate pause button
0 72" or 84" long hose
o Standard finish
Flooring
❑ Prep sub-floor for new tile installation.
❑ Slip resistant tile with a wet DCOF rating of 0.42 or higher
❑ Straight line pattern, no angles.
❑ Epoxy grout
❑ Neutral transition to adjacent flooring materials; if neutral cannot be achieved, bevel transition
with a 1:2 slope.
❑ Sanitary base tile, flat metal tile edging trim if tile has unfinished edge.
❑ Material allowance $6 per sq. ft.
Toilet
❑ Install anew toilet with elongated bowl. Seat height to be 17" to 19" AFF.
Finish
❑ All new woodwork to match existing.
❑ Repair walls, ceiling and floors affected by the modifications.
❑ Prime and apply two coats of low VOC paint to affected areas.
