Dumpster: 1 no. Dumpster 20yd on clients driveway (steep slope).
(No street permit included).
Project Management: Project Management.
Scheduling and site supervision.
Demo/Prep: Demo drywall and panelling from front wall and playroom by stairs.
Demo carpet in playroom.
Demo shelving.
(Assumes no hazardous materials).
HVAC: Relocate duct above sauna - investigate as to new route into bedroom.
Plumbing pipes above sauna - water/gas - re route to avoid Sauna.
No heat supply to shower room. (towel rad and heated floor).

Add 2 returns (3 supplies).
Furnace and filter location to stay as is, accessed from panel.
