Currently I have a small and wobbly wooden deck/stairs measuring 60" x 35"with wood railing
around the top step. Plus 3 steps measuring 11" x 8"x 3 ft. A sidewalk 4ft x 34ft. There is no
cement 3ft from the curb, which makes it hard to cut grass and clean snow without the blades
damaging the curb.
want to replace with cement steps, possibly no railing, to measure 7.25ft x 4ft on top step. Add
a 42in footing in each corner of top step. Keep the 3 steps to measure 6" rise x 11" run. Reduce
the width of the sidewalk from 4ft to 3ft in order to add a 6" decorative rock on each side.
Expand the length of the sidewalk by 3 ft. to touch the curb.
