Hello,
While reviewing your application RB22-000300(1485 Windemere Cir NE,Fridley),I noticed that the plans for the railings and the
new proposed room in garage is missing from your application.
We require seperate plans for the railings and the new furnace room.
• Railing plan shall include height, spindle size/spacing,lateral load and material list.
• The proposed furnace room will require two sets of detailed plans.
• Exisiting Layout-showing existing layout in garage and;
• Proposed Layout- showing new layout with all the proposed changes.
