Dear Angie Gehle,
Thank you for submitting the bid documentation for the Furnace and Air Conditioning Grant Program.Based on the
information provided, your project is eligible for a grant of[PermitHRA:::21595:::260053]. Congratulations!
Please review the attached Participation Agreement. Once any necessary permits for the work are issued, we will be
ready to approve the agreement. You may sign the agreement electronically and email it to staff, or print, sign, and
return the document to City Hall.Please do not begin work on your project before submitting the Participation
Agreement and receiving a copy signed by a representative of the Fridley HRA.
Grant funds will not be released until after the project is completed&our staff have reviewed the improvements; more
information about this process is included in the attached Participation Agreement.We will also need to collect a
completed form W-9 prior to issuing the grant funds.Iave attached that form here as well.
