In addition,any purchase made from ABC shall be made pursuant to ABC's Purchase Agreement,the Terms and Conditions of which are incorporated by reference herein.In addition,any purchases made from ABC on credit shall be made pursuant to ABC's Credit Application and Agreement,the Terms and Conditions of which are incorporated by reference herein.
