Framing material:
➢ Nominal 2"x4" and 2"x3"treated lumber for all places wood will be in direct contact with
masonry/concrete components
➢ Nominal 2"x4" and 2"x3"wood framing lumber for all vertical and horizontal wall members NOT
in direct contact with masonry/concrete components
Insulation:
➢ Fiberglass batt insulation to be used in ceiling for sound deadening
Finishing material:
➢ %" gypsum board on ceiling with nominal 1" x 3" finishing strips at all seams
➢ %" gypsum board on all wall assemblies. Taped, bedded and painted per typical residential
construction industry standards
➢ Door assemblies will be typical units as per common residential standards
➢ Flooring—None intended to be used
Electrical:
➢ All components for electrical rough in and finish will be purchased new, and will be of common
type found in standard new residential construction
HVAC:
➢ All components for NVAC rough in and finish will be purchased new, and will be of common type
found in standard new residential construction
