Detach and reset base and casing
Remove sheet rock from walls and ceiling in Family area
Brace ceiling to keep from moving
Remove existing top plate and replace with triple lam beam as per Engineer
report
Install flush mount LED ceiling lights (8)
Clean up electrical switches
Install electric for TV plug
Sheetrock ceiling and walls taped, mud and sand ready to paint
Remove and replace sheetrock in hallway
Price includes all labor, material, dumpster needed for scope of work.
Price of 18950.
Terms would be half down balance at completion
