Scope:
- Remove existing decking, railing, stairs
- Reuse existing footings, posts, framing
- Install new stair stringers, 2x12 @ 16"OC, with 2x6 support under each tread (per Timbertech installation instructions)
- Install Timbertech Terrain decking
- Install Westbury C10 aluminum railing
- Any additional framing will be treated So. Pine, with Simpson connectors/fasteners
- Overall size of 16' x 15' w/ 4' wide stairs

- Follow Timbertech installation instructions
- 2x12 @ 16" OC with 2x6 under each tread w/
positive connection to stringer
- Riser to be less than 7-3/4, tread to be 11", no
more than 3/8 difference between any riser
- stringers and steps to land on a concrete pad
