Scope:
- Remove the old decking,railing and stair stringers
- Re-use the existing framing,posts, and footings
- Build new 4'wide stairs with 2x12 @ 16"OC,with a 2x6 support with a positive connection to
stair stringer,per Timbertech installation instructions
- Stairs to go back in same spot as old stairs
- Stairs: riser to be no more than 7-3/4",tread to be H%no difference than 3/8"on any riser
Materials:
- Decking: Timbertech Terrain
- Railing:Westbury C10
- Framing: Treated So. Pine
- Framing connectors: Simpson Strong Tied
