Impervious surface lot coverage shall not exceed 35 percent of the lot area in the
Shoreland Overlay district.Application appears to be consistent with Zoning
Ordinance requirements for driveways.

This Certificate of Permit is hereby issued conditioned that said permitee shall comply with all
the requirements set forth in the City code and the laws of the State of Minnesota.
