While reviewing your application,I noticed that The permit fee should based on value: 640 sq ft x$38.56 per sq ft.$24,678.40
minus$11,000 for the existing slab.The total permit fee should be$411.98.Please include the value/fee on the permit App than we
can issue permit in accordance with plan notes.is missing from your application.Please log back onto your account to upload the
missing document(s).Until then,your application will be on hold.
