The Chief Building Official shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any building or
structure, or for any addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repair
to any existing building or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the
applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and in the manner herein
provided to-wit:

allow for proper review of proposed structure and of the construction site.
A Certificate of Survey of the lot, showing the location of the existing foundation will be

CarbonArmor-Final location is subject to field conditions.If moisture is present on walls,prep work will be completed and time allowed
to dry.May result in additional project time which maybe scheduled to a later date.Homeowner must have electrical,utilities and/or any
obstacles pulled away from wall. If not done,finished look and effectiveness maybe compromised and may result in the delay of install.
WaterGuard-Full perimeter with a lateral feed line and vapor barrier is always recommended.
WaterGuard Ports-Homeowner may need to create an access point to service WaterGuard ports.

1st Annual Maintenance-Contacted 9-12 Months Post Project to Schedule
TripleSafe-We recommend annual maintenance,this is not needed to maintain the warranty,just a means of being proactive.We
recommend a dedicated outlet for each AC pump.
IceGuard-IceGuard may experience ice damming in the winter,this means it is working.
Interior discharge line-Sheetrock may need to be cut to install,homeowner to replace.
Buried Discharge Line-The final location of the discharge line is determined by obstacles and drainage. Design Specialist will reviewthe
location with you,Foreman may determine different location.
LawnScape Outlet-Final type and location determined by Project Foreman.
CleanSpace Wall System-Homeowner must have electrical,utilities and/or any obstacles pulled away from wall. If not done,finished
look and effectiveness may be compromised and may result in the delay of install.
Contractor Will
1.)Remove finished walls as necessary.Not responsible for replacement.
2.)Review contract drawing page and notes with the customer.
Customer Will
1.)Move items at least 7-10 feet away from the work area.American Waterworks is not liable for damages of items left in the work area,
delay in the project may result.
2.)Remove finished walls.
3.)Remove cabinets/shelving.
4.)Remove flooring at least 2 ft from the wall and/or working area,(Carpet 4ft). If not removed,contractor is not responsible for
damages.
5.)Repair any sprinkler lines that maybe damaged during the installation.
6.)Mark any private lines that maybe hidden underground,and assumes all liability if damage should occur to such lines.
7.)Make sure smoke/CO detectors are up to code(additional cost to the homeowner may occur if not done).
8.)If applicable,move water heater,water softener,HVAC,toilet etc.2ft from foundation walls. If not moved,we will go around,not
responsible for damages.
9.)The customer agrees that if work area is not cleared,delays or rescheduling of the project may result.
10.)The customer will be available during the project.
11.)If the customer to-do list is not complete before the project start date,the customer's discount may be void and additional charges
may apply.
12.)By signing,customer understands the expectations of the"Customer Will"section.
