Dear permit applicant,
The City building inspection records indicate you have an open permit and/or inspection that has
not been completed in accordance with Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1300.
The building permit is set to expire on 02/25/2023. Please contact the Building Inspection Division
of the City of Fridley to schedule an inspection. Should you not schedule an inspection by the date
stated above, your permit may be considered expired per Minnesota Rule, Chapter 1300, and all
non-compliance information which you will remain liable, will be put in the property address file for
permeant record at the City Hall.
The following inspections need to be scheduled:
i. Electrical Rough In Inspection
2. Plumbing Rough In Inspection
3. Heating Rough In Inspection
4. Framing Inspection
s. Insulation Inspection
6. Dry Wall Inspection
7. Electrical Final Inspection
8. Plumbing Final Inspection
9. Heating Final Inspection
io. Smoke Detectors Inspection
ii. Carbon Monoxide Detector Inspection
12. Final Inspection
