Hi Jeff,
While reviewing your application for RB23-000060, I noticed that a cerficate of survey wasn't
submitted. I've attached the one we have on-file for the property. Based on the attached, it looks like the
existing garage is 3.5 ft. from the property line. Can you verify that setback? If it's less than 5 ft., I will need
you to get a non-conforming expansion permit in addition to the building permit application.
Also, please note the sideyard setback of the proposed second story addition. It needs to be 10 ft. from the
property line.
