Driveways paved within the street right-of-way at owner's risk.
If driveway is on an Anoka County road, a County ROW permit is required.
I,the undersigned, make application for permission to construct the access driveway at the above location, said driveway
to be constructed to conform with the regulations of the City of Fridley and to any special provisions included in this permit.
No work in connection with this application will be started until application is approved and the permit issued.
All work will be done to the satisfaction of the Fridley Engineering Division. If the existing street is disturbed as part of the
permit, it is understood the street will be restored to the condition as required by the Engineering Division. It is agreed no
excess excavated materials from this site will be durnped on site. If the existing curb cut or sidewalk is proposed to be
replaced, a $500.00 escrow is required and will be returned upon final inspection and acceptance of curb and street patch.
