lumber on floor and wall will be framed with 2x4's. 1/2" sheetrock on wall and trim and
door to match existing basement finishes as close as possible. Moving two lights and
switches and adding two lights will be done by Statewide Electric. HVAC work to be
done by Twin City Heating and Air. All work to be finished in two weeks.
