Hello Curt Schmitz,
While reviewing your application for RB23-000121,I noticed that a Site Plan is missing from your application.I understand you
had a conversation with Scott,and he said you didn't need to submit a survey,although one is enouraged,we still need a site plan,
showing the location of the addition. The site plan should note the size of the addition,and the distance from the side and rear
property lines. If the deck is being removed,is there a plan to replace it?
