Hello James Krantz,
While reviewing your application for R1323-000147,I noticed that the porch is post/beam type contruction.We require that a
structural engineer design and sign off on the plan per chapter 4 on the 2020 IRC.Also if the porch in to be conditioned,heated/
cooled you need to submit the Energy Code Compliance Certificate.This would be for the new construction only. Please log back
onto your account to upload the missing document(s).Until then,your application will be on hold.
