Hi Tony, I just left a message with you but I was able to get a hold of someone for you email. Attached is the deck
info I think is what you need. I did email the manager of the Association of the townhomes and he says he has a
plat book in the office somewhere. Let me know if you need that for the permit. Otherwise, there are no changes
to the dimensions of the deck. Replacement of footings, deck boards, and railings. Please let me know if you
have any questions! Thanks so much for all your help!
