2.Driveway shall be set back a minimum of three feet from the

1. This approval does not permit any disturbance or
modification to the curb or street. If work affects curb and/or
street a separate permit shall be obtained and all restoration
shall be per city standards.
2.Please notify the City of Fridley when driveway construction

the requirements set forth in the City code and the laws of the State of Minnesota.
