Hello Robert Higgins,
While reviewing your application for R1323-000256,we noticed that the certificate of survey submitted shows 2 existing accessory
structures.Where will the new garage be located? Please specify on the survey. Also,a metal sided garage is not allowed.Any
new structure needs to be architecturally compatible and constructed of similar materials used on the house and existing garage.
Lastly if the new garage is going to be used for parking of vehicles,the driveway to the garage needs to be paved with asphalt or
concerte if it isn't already.
