After completion. you may place the application in the Recreational Center drop box. mail it to my attention at Cedar Management, 7260 University Avenue NE STE 200, Fridley MN 5542 or e-mail it to me at bmacdonald u cedarmaneement.com. Please be sure to attach all necessary documents and pictures that will help the Architectural Control Committee make their decision to approve or deny your request. Review Process: Your Homeowner's Request for Action Form will be reviewed by the INTA property manager who will evaluate the request and determine if it must go before the full Architectural Control Committee. Additional architectural forms may need to be filled out and/or a plan detailing the work requested may be required. If further documentation is required or if other materials must be submitted to achieve the committee's approval, the property manager will work with the homeowner to fulfill the necessary requirements and will submit the required documentation/materials to the Architectural Control Committee. Once the external request for action has been approved or disapproved, the property manager will generate the appropriate response in a letter to the homeowner. This action will then be recorded in the INTA database and the Request for Action will be placed in the appropriate disposition file. The Architectural Control Committee has thirty-five (35) days to submit the request to the Board after receipt of all information and initial review. If the request is not approved or denied within seventy (70) days by either the Board or the Architectural Control Committee, it is considered approved. Denial is final per the Declaration. Penalties for Unauthorized or Imoroneriv Installed Exterior Changes: If an exterior change has been made improperly or was unauthorized the INTA board ma% impose a fine and/or may require the change to be removed or corrected,or take legal action,at the owner's expense.
