We hereby propose to furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary for the completion of
ASPHALT DRIVEWAY (1,368 sf)
➢ Demo, haul away and recycle existing asphalt.
➢ Demo, remove, haul away and recycle all curbing in construction area to allow for new driveway install.
➢ Demo, remove, haul away & recycle SOUTH (LEFT) driveway & replace with dirt, seed & blanket.
➢ Properly grade and prep for new driveway& curb & gutter.
➢ Install up to 71 LF of new curb and gutter.
➢ Install new Asphalt Driveway (50'8"x 28'4") per plans.
✓ Install NEW ASPHALT DRIVEWAY. Includes Goodmanson Signature Service up to 6" of
recycled concrete base and compact, MV4 hot asphalt mix or similar, install 3" lift and compact with
vibrating roller, thoroughly clean affected area, 2-year guarantee.
