WaterGuard®is a sub floor perimeter drainage system for basements and other subterranean structures.
Description WaterGuard®is a custom designed PVC extrusion which is installed below the surface of the basement
floor and on top of the footing.The WaterGuard®then channels water seepage from the foundation walls,
the footing wall join, and block wall cavities to the sump pump.
WaterGuard®can be used to control water in wet basement situations with less disruption and disturbance
Use of the basement floor, footing and subsoil. Furthermore the conduit will not clog from infiltration of fines and
silt from surrounding soils.

Features
3/"holes every 3" allow free flow of water to enter the system.While the built in wall drain on the backside allows water running
down the wall to enter the system.
Joints are butted together and taped to ensure no concrete is allowed into the system before it sets up.
A interlocking drain outlet with a 4" drain allows unrestricted waterflow to a sump pump.
A custom fitted PVC inspection port allows visual inspection, system testing or intake drain from a dehumidifier or condensate
line.
Installation Procedures
Remove approximately 5"of floor and a minimum depth of 4"from the floor surface. If the wall is block construction %"weep
holes should be drilled into each core of each block Once the trench is cleaned of all debris WaterGuard®is set into place on
top of the foundation footing. With joints taped, corners, inspection ports, and drain outlet installed. Backfill the front portion of
the WaterGuard®with clean twice washed stone flush with the top of the WaterGuard®. Re-concrete the floor area flush with
the existing floor. It is assumed the floor is level, if it is not,the sump or drain outlet shall be located in the low point of the floor.
