1.This approval does not permit any disturbance or modification to the curb or
street.If work affects curb and/or street,a separate permit shall be obtained and all
restoration shall be per city standards.
2.A city sidewalk crosses over the driveway.Note that sidewalk shall remain
continuous in place.Driveway to be sawcut on either side of sidewalk if necessary
(if full depth joints do not exist)and replaced up to the existing sidewalk edges.
Conditions This approval does not permit any disturbance or modifications to sidewalk.
3.Please notify the City of Fridley when driveway construction is complete.

4.Driveway shall be set back a minimum of three feet from the side property line.
5.The maximum width of a driveway at the property line is twenty-six(26)feet.
6.Application appears to be consistent with Zoning Ordinance requirements for
driveways.

This Certificate of Permit is hereby issued conditioned that said permitee shall comply with all
the requirements set forth in the City code and the laws of the State of Minnesota.
A Permit issued under this Certificate may be suspended or revoked for violations thereof.
