Hello John Wiik,
While reviewing your application for RB23-000297,I noticed that the addition to the garage will increase the size of an accessory
structure on the property beyond what is allowed by code. The garage(accessory structure)can't exceed the size of the house. The
existing house is 24x36(864 sq.ft)and the existing garage is 22x24(528 sq.ft.). The addition to the garage needs to be 336 sq.ft.
or less. Please modify the size of the addition and then have the addition drawn to-scale on the attached survey that the City has on-
file for the property.
