❑ Relocate plumhina for tub if needed.
Construction
❑ Widen and frame new door opening to accommodate a 36" door.

❑ Finish to match existing as closely as possible.

Tub
❑ Install a 30 x 52 soaking transfer tub with low step
❑ Plumbing to include:
- Hand-held shower head:
o Incorporate pause button
o Single lever valve
o Standard finish
o Tub filler
o Quick drain
Flooring
❑ Prep sub-floor for new LVP installation.
❑ Slip resistant with a wet DCOF rating of 0.42 or higher
❑ Extend flooring below sink.
❑ Neutral transition to adjacent flooring materials; if neutral cannot be achieved, bevel transition
with a 1:2 slope.
❑ PVC or quarter round trim as needed.
Vanity/Sink
❑ Vanity
- 49 1/2" wide x 19" deep vanity
- Open knee space below sink, 36" wide
u Single lever faucet hardware.
Toilet
❑ Install new comfort height toilet not to exceed 21" height including toilet seat. New wax ring. New
supply lines, if needed.
Finish
❑ All new woodwork to match existing.
❑ Repair walls, ceiling and floors affected by the modifications.
❑ Prime and apply two coats of low VOC paint to affected areas. Paint the full wall or to a visual
barrier.
