2.This approval does not permit any disturbance or modification to the curb or
street.If work affects curb and/or street,a separate permit shall be obtained and all
restoration shall be per city standards.
Conditions 3.A trail sidewalk crosses over driveway.Note that trail shall remain continuous in
place.Driveway to be sawcut on either side of trail if necessary(if full depth joints
do not exist)and replaced up to the existing trail edges.This approval does not
permit any disturbance or modifications to trail.
4.Verify permitting requirements with Anoka County(East River Road)
In accordance with provisions of the City of Fridley Ordinance(s) the above-named permitee is

This Certificate of Permit is hereby issued conditioned that said permitee shall comply with all
the requirements set forth in the City code and the laws of the State of Minnesota.
A Permit issued under this Certificate may be suspended or revoked for violations thereof.
