I have tried contacting them multiple times multiple ways and they don't respond.
I've had this issue once before with a client in Minneapolis where they didn't want to continue the project and do it
right. Minneapolis just canceled the permit. The homeowner chose to finish the work unpermitted/incorrectly with
an unlicensed contractor.
I have already given Mike and Melissa multiple price breaks and I told them from the beginning not to order the
materials on their own and they ordered the wrong products increasing the costs and the timeline. They don't
respond to any attempts to contact them.
Please cancel the permit.

Tony, the building official went to the residence and talked to the homeowner. It sounds like this is a civil matter.
Tony suggested that you go to the home and talk to the owners to get this resolved.
