3.A city sidewalk crosses over driveway.Note that sidewalk shall remain
continuous in place.Driveway to be sawcut at face of sidewalk if necessary(if full
depth joints do not exist)and replaced up to the existing sidewalk edges.This
approval does not permit any disturbance or modification to sidewalk.

the requirements set forth in the City code and the laws of the State of Minnesota.
A Permit issued under this Certificate may be suspended or revoked for violations thereof.
