Austin Schnichels home. Remodel at 537 66 Ave. NE
Lumber for framing will most likely be from Home Depot.
Toilet and 3-piece shower kit will be from Menards.
Plumbing supplies will come from Menards as needed.
Cold air and heat runs will be purchased from Menards. (2) 5 or 6" heat runs as calculated by
furnace contractor but to be installed by homeowner in bedroom area and (1) cold air return. (1)
heat run into the bathroom.
Sheet rock and insulation will come from Menards or Home Depot
Doors for rooms have not been selected yet.
All electrical and supplies will be supplied by Electrical Contractor.
