2.Locate property line per registered survey document.Driveway shall not be
closer than 3'to adjacent property line.Current sketch is unclear and 2'expansion
may need to be reduced to allow for required 3'setback.
Conditions 3.This approval does not permit any disturbance or modification to the curb or
street.If work affects curb and/or street,a separate permit shall be obtained and all
restoration shall be per city standards.
4.The maximum width of a driveway at the property line is twenty-six(26)feet.
5.Driveway shall be set back a minimum of three feet from the side property line.
In accordance with provisions of the City of Fridley Ordinance(s) the above-named permitee is

This Certificate of Permit is hereby issued conditioned that said permitee shall comply with all
the requirements set forth in the City code and the laws of the State of Minnesota.
A Permit issued under this Certificate may be suspended or revoked for violations thereof.
