Conditions 3.Work includes modification of the curb/apron.$50 permit fee+$500 escrow is
required.Escrow will be returned upon passing final inspection of curb/street
modifications or repairs.
4.Street shall be repaired per city requirements if damage occurs during curb
removal/modifications.

This Certificate of Permit is hereby issued conditioned that said permitee shall comply with all
the requirements set forth in the City code and the laws of the State of Minnesota.
A Permit issued under this Certificate may be suspended or revoked for violations thereof.
