WE HEREBY PROPOSE TO FURNISH MATERIAL AND LABOR-COMPLETE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS BELOW:
We propose to furnish materials and labor necessary to:
Remove and dispose of the crown, 5 courses of brick and all flue tiles for the upper and lower-level fireplaces.
Install 5 courses of brick. (Roofline,up)
Install 2 stainless-steel HomeSaver lining systems. (U.L. listed with manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty)
Install 2 decorative top flue tiles with 'I/4"expansion joints.
Pour a 3"crown with a 3"dripledge.
Seal the crown,exterior brick and flashing.
Install 2 stainless-steel rain covers and screens. (Lifetime warranty)
Also to include: Home interior, ground and roof protection; scaffold set-up and removal; equipment set-up,tear down and
removal; clean-up; landfill/recycle,travel and unload; form removal; building permit and inspection as applicable.

Total: $15,200.00
Payment to be made as follows: In order to get on our schedule, a non-refundable 15% ($2280.00)material deposit is
required. The balance will be due in full upon completion date. All credit card transactions over$1000.00 are
subject to a 3% service charge. This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days. Please contact
our office to schedule or for any questions.

Please Note: If during breakout,we find a code violation...we reserve the option to stop the job,show the homeowner and/or consult with the building inspector. The
extra repairs necessary may result in additional fees for the job. Acceptance of Proposal: All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in
a substantial workman-like manner according to specifications per standard practices. The above prices,specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby
accepted. Payment will be made as outlined above.
