Escrow required.Escrow will be refunded upon passing final inspection of curb
/street modifications or repairs.
Conditions 3.Street shal be repaired per city requirements if damage occurs during curb
removal/modifications.
4.The maximum width of a driveway at the property line is thirty-two(32)feet in
the R-2 Zoning District.
5.Pre-existing land use nonconformities may be maintained but not expanded.

This Certificate of Permit is hereby issued conditioned that said permitee shall comply with all
the requirements set forth in the City code and the laws of the State of Minnesota.
A Permit issued under this Certificate may be suspended or revoked for violations thereof.
