The picture is attached above. I have attached it again. We did discuss this on the phone and I let you know it
was Steve and you said you could get this closed out. Here is the picture. You will have to open the attachement.

Just following up on this. We received a call that this is the wrong inspector. The normal inspector was out that
day and Steve Tokle closed this out. Can you confirm that this permit is closed out please? The customer was
there on site and had Steve out to his house and watched him inspect our work.
