Hello Edwin Bravo,
While reviewing your application for ADU23-000003 for 998 Overton Drive NE,I noticed:
• The CONDITIONS BEFORE ADU IS CONSTRUCTED section needs to be completed.
• Please provide a Building Plan(to scale)documenting interior conditions of Main Home and ADU.Clearly label individual
rooms,as well as the Main Home and ADU.
• Please provide an Egress diagram showing exit path(s)to the outdoors from all bedroom in Main Home and ADU.If
windows will be used for egress,clearly label the size of the clear opening and distance from floor.
• Please provide a Parking Plan,showing enclosed(garage)and hard surface(outdoor)spaces.Plans should specify the
pavement type(s)for surface parking.
• Please specify the size of ADU,in habitable square feet
All drawings should be to scale and/or fully dimensioned and should differentiate between existing conditions and proposed
changes.Please log back into your account to upload the missing document(s).Until then,your application will be on hold.
