Hello AURORA ASPHALT&CONCRETE,
While reviewing your application for ROD23-000059 at 5347 4TH ST NE,our Engineering and Planning Departments noticed:
Existing driveway expands into 5339 4th Street property,will need a written approval from 5339 4th Street property
owner before approving permit,
Pre-existing land use nonconformities may be maintained but not expanded.
The maximum width of a driveway at the property line is 32 feet in the R-2 Zoning District.
Please advise how you plan to proceed with this driveway project.If there are questions or problems,please let us know.Until we
hear back,your application will be on hold.
