RE: Foundation Support Works wall reinforcing for 378 661h Ave. NE, Fridley, MN
We have reviewed the proposed push pier anchor(6 Model 288 piers)and certify the piers will provide adequate
support for the existing foundation. The push pier locations are shown on the plan with 6'-0" maximum on
center. We have reviewed your proposed Geolock wall anchors (2 anchors) and certify that the anchors will
provide adequate support for the existing basement wall. The location of the anchor at foundation is 24"below
grade or below crack(field verify)and depth of earth anchor is 48" below grade. The spacing of the anchors is
shown on the layout, 3' from the corner and up to 5'-6" on center. The existing wall height is 7'-4" with
unbalanced grade height of 6'-4". The soil type is clay or sandy clay. These anchors will correct the issues due
to lateral soil pressure on this garage wall. Special inspections are not required for these products.
