While reviewing your application for ROD23-000051,Driveway tear out and replacement with concrete-For 7320&7322 at 7320
EVERT CT NE,I noticed the following corrections are needed:
Reviewer:Nancy Abts,Community Development,Resubmittal Required
1. The maximum width of a driveway at the property line is thirty-two(32)feet in the R-2 Zoning District.
2. Pre-existing land use nonconformities may be maintained but not expanded.
3. Please resubmit plans that do not show an expansion of the existing driveway width.
