Affordable Egress Windows& Basement Waterproofing INC. Respectively proposes to complete the following
project (inclusive of all materials and labor) in accordance with the specifications outlined below:
Interior Drain Tile Installation
• Remove and dispose of concrete basement floor approximately 35 linear feet (east wall)
• Dig trench next to footing for drain tile and remove excavated fill from property
• Drill weep holes in every mortarjoint and cavity
• Install drain tile,sump basket with view port,Zoeller M53 sump pump, and discharge
• 3/4"washed rock over drain tile
• Install DELTA-MS dimpled membrane along the top of the footing
• Re-cement floor
